Dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, jaja, vanilu, bra\u0161no i sodu bikarbonu. Kalup za tortu oblo\u017eite pak-papirom, a stranice alu-folijom. Izlijte smesu u kalup koja mo\u017eda deluje kao da je retka, ali takva treba i da bude. Pecite u rerni na 170 stepeni oko sat vremena, odnosno dok vam ne bude pe\u010deno u sredini. Belanca ulupajte u \u0161ne. Dodajte \u0161e\u0107er postepeno, neprestano me\u0161aju\u0107i. Mutite 10 minuta. Dodajte kakao u prahu. Lagano izme\u0161ajte varja\u010dom. Uklju\u010dite rernu na 150 stepeni. \u010cetiri pleha oblo\u017eite papirom. Gustin, \u017eumanca, puding od vanile, \u0161e\u0107er i 4 dcl mleka umutite i sipajte u klju\u010dalo mleko. Kuvajte na umerenoj temperaturi uz neprestalno me\u0161anje dok se ne zgusne. Sa\u010dekajte da se fil ohladi. Umutite margarin mikserom. Dodajte fil ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku. Fil podelite na tri dela. U jedan deo dodajte mleveni keks, u\u00a0 drugi otopljenu \u010dokoladu, a tre\u0107i ostaje isti. U dva dcl mleka dodajte skuvanu i proce\u0111enu kafu. Tu umo\u010dite pi\u0161kote. Okrugli kalup pre\u010dnika 26 cm oblo\u017eite pi\u0161kotama&#8230; Odsecite pi\u0161kote koje vire. Prvo ide fil sa mlevenim keksom, pa \u017euti, ostavite ga malo za ukra\u0161avanje, i na kraju \u010dokoladni. U drugoj posudi umutite 400 g \u0161laga. Mekani sir me\u0161ajte mikserom, dodajte amareto. Kada se smesa koju ste kuvali na pari malo ohladi, sipajte je u sir i dobro prome\u0161ajte. Probajte da li je dovoljno slatko. Dodajte skuvanu kafu. Ume\u0161ajte. Dodajte ka\u0161iku po ka\u0161iku fila u \u0161lag i polako me\u0161ajte ru\u010dno. U \u010da\u0161u stavite jednu izmrvljenu pi\u0161kotu, posuti kakaoom, pa sipati smesu. Ponovo stavite izmrvrljenu pi\u0161kotu i sipajte fil.
