Koliko kilograma bi trebalo da imate na va\u0161u visinu? U ovom tekstu dobi\u0107ete odgovor.<\/p>\n<div class=\"big_image news svijet\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.rtvbn.com\/slike\/original\/353954_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"foto_video_komentar clearfix\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>ITM \u2013 indeks telesne mase (\u010desto se navodi i engleska skra\u0107enica BMI \u2013 Body Mass Index) op\u0161teprihva\u0107eno je merilo za idealnu telesnu te\u017einu \u2013 koristi ga i Svetska zdravstvena organizacija u svojim statistikama.<\/p>\n<p>Indeks telesne mase smatra se najprakti\u010dnijim na\u010dinom procene uhranjenosti \u2013 jednostavno se izra\u010dunava prema formuli ITM=kg\/m\u00b2 tako da te\u017einu (u kilogramima) podelite s kvadratom visine (u metrima).<\/p>\n<p>Na primer, ako je osoba te\u0161ka 84 kilograma, a visoka 176 cm, njena je visina na kvadrat 1,76 x 1,76 odnosno 3,0976. Kad se s time podeli telesna te\u017eina (84 : 3,0976) dobija se indeks telesne mase 27.<\/p>\n<p>Prema klasifikaciji Svetske zdravstvene organizacije za evropsko stanovni\u0161tvo, ITM od 18,5 do 25 ozna\u010dava normalnu telesnu te\u017einu. Vrednosti ITM-a manje od 18,5 smatraju se neuhranjeno\u0161\u0107u, dok ITM od 25 do 30 ozna\u010dava prekomernu telesnu te\u017einu, a ve\u0107i od 30 gojaznost. Dakle, u navedenom primeru ra\u010dunice (ITM 27) osoba ima prekomernu telesnu te\u017einu.<\/p>\n<p>ITM nije precizno nego pribli\u017eno merilo<\/p>\n<p>Iako je ITM dobar pokazatelj uhranjenosti, nije sasvim precizan pa ga treba shvatiti kao okvirno merilo. Naime, ITM ne mo\u017ee odrediti telesni udeo masnog tkiva u odnosu na mi\u0161i\u0107nu i ko\u0161tanu masu, a upravo je to osnovni kriterijum za procenu debljine ili mr\u0161avosti.<\/p>\n<p>Na primer, ITM mo\u017ee biti ve\u0107i kod ljudi krupne gra\u0111e, atleti\u010dara i bodi bildera, ali to ne zna\u010di da su oni debeli nego imaju pove\u0107anu mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu. S druge strane, starije osobe kojima se s godinama smanjila mi\u0161i\u0107na i ko\u0161tana masa, mogu biti gojazne i s manjim ITM rezultatom.<\/p>\n<p>Precizna analiza kod lekara<\/p>\n<p>U odre\u0111ivanju gojaznosti \u010desto se koristi i obim struka.
