Me\u0111utim, ni meso, d\u017eigericu i mle\u010dne proizvode ne bi trebalo da izbegavate, jer sadr\u017ee potreban vitamin A, koga ima i u brokoliju, spana\u0107u, \u0161argarepi, paprici. Na jelovniku bi trebalo da se na\u0111u i maslinovo, sojino i ulje p\u0161eni\u010dnih klica, pivski kvasac i \u017eumance koji sadr\u017ee vitamin E &#8211; mo\u0107an antioksidans. Mahunarke, suvo vo\u0107e, morski plodovi bogati su vitaminima iz B grupe.<\/p>\n<p>Kao najbolja ishrana za imunitet (bogata probioticima i prebioticima) navodi se jogurt i fermentisani mle\u010dni proizvodi koji spre\u010davaju razmno\u017eavanje lo\u0161ih bakterija u crevima, gde se i stvara imunitet. Prebiotici se prirodno nalaze u belom i crnom luku, \u0161pargli i praziluku. Ono \u0161to treba da uradite jeste samo da ove namirnice uvrstite u nedeljni jelovnik, poja\u010date broj obroka koji sadr\u017ee ovu vrstu hrane i bi\u0107ete za\u0161ti\u0107eni cele zime od virusa i ostalih infekcija.<\/p>\n<p>I zeleni \u010daj, na primer, obiluje antioksidansima i vitaminima, \u0161to poma\u017ee pri ja\u010danju imuniteta.<\/p>\n<p>Normalnom probavom obezbe\u0111uje se eliminacija otrova iz organizma, pa je zato potrebno jesti namirnice bogate prehrambenim vlaknima.<\/p>\n<p>PRIMER JELOVNIKA SVAKOG DANA<\/p>\n<p>Primer jelovnika 1:<\/p>\n<p>Pre doru\u010dka:: jogurt ili mleko sa 30 g \u017eitarica, 2-3 kri\u0161ke integralnog hleba sa \u0161unkom, sve\u017ee ce\u0111eni sok od pomorand\u017ee<\/p>\n<p>Doru\u010dak:: keks sa su\u0161enim i ora\u0161astim vo\u0107em (nekoliko komada), jabuka<\/p>\n<p>Ru\u010dak: pile\u0107a supa s povr\u0107em, nemasno meso na \u017earu (100-120 g), \u0161oljica barene blitve, spana\u0107a, brokolija, kelja, zelena salata sa rendanom \u0161argarepom i belim lukom<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u010dera: sve\u017ei sir (45-50 g) sa pe\u010denim paradajzom iz rerne, zeleni \u010daj sa medom.<\/p>\n<p>Primer jelovnika 2:<\/p>\n<p>Doru\u010dak:\u010daj sa tostom i marmeladom od breskve<\/p>\n<p>Ru\u010dak: so\u010divo sa pirin\u010dem, \u0161argarepom i paprikama kao prilog, teletina pe\u010dena na teflonu, mandarina<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u010dera: tikvice zape\u010dene u rerni, kajgana od jednog jajeta, kru\u0161ka.<\/p>\n<p>Primer jelovnika 3:<\/p>\n<p>Doru\u010dak: ka\u0161i\u010dicu lanenih semenki, suvih \u0161ljiva i bagremovog meda prelijte jogurtom sa probiotskim kulturama.<\/p>\n<p>Ru\u010dak: francuska supa od luka (150 g) sa prepe\u010denim hlebom, sve\u017ea \u0161argarepa, cvekla i celer (200 g), \u010daj sa pomorand\u017eom i cimetom<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u010dera: ka\u010damak sa sve\u017eim kravljim sirom i kiselim mlekom (150 g), \u010daj od lipe sa medom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><em><strong>Izvor : B 92<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pojedine namirnice ja\u010daju imunitet.
